Synopsis

We are all merchandise

Biotech corporation Halcyon engineer a new kind of test subject in their quest to cure troops suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The test subject, Alex Sorber, is implanted with memories of a tragic accident so that the company can study the effects of PTSD. Alex succumbs to paranoia and aggression as his doubts about Halcyon and its enigmatic leader, Bach, begin to spiral out of control.

Persona is set in virus-stricken Hong Kong, on board a secret orbital lab and in Hollow City, a corporate utopia policed by Gatekeeper drones.

In 2080, when science and commerce have become god-like in their powers, the more Alex discovers, the more vulnerable he becomes.
